Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Repsset mobile application and related services provided by Fabian Waller (“Repsset,” “we,” or “us”). Contact: repsset@fabianwaller.de.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
By accepting these Terms or using Repsset, you agree to them. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires parental consent or a higher age, that rule applies. Do not use Repsset if you do not agree.
2. The service
Repsset lets you create training programs, log workouts, review progress, receive algorithmic training estimates, use offline features, and optionally export completed workouts to Apple Health. Features may change as the product develops. We aim for reliable synchronization but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
Repsset includes read-only Agent Access through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You choose and authorize the external agent. Repsset limits that connection to your own supported data and does not grant write access, but the agent provider controls how it processes data after retrieval. You are responsible for choosing a provider you trust, reviewing its terms, and verifying any analysis before relying on it. You can revoke Agent Access in Repsset settings.
An anonymous account is still a technical account linked to a random identifier. Protecting it with email, Apple, or Google credentials may be necessary to restore access across devices. You are responsible for access to your device and credentials.
3. Fitness guidance and health disclaimer
Repsset provides general fitness information and estimates based on the data you enter. Suggested volumes, rep ranges, weights, progression prompts, plateau labels, and generated programs are starting points—not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or a guarantee of results. They cannot assess your health, technique, pain, injury risk, or readiness.
Exercise carries risk. Use your judgment, choose loads and movements appropriate for you, stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or become unwell, and seek qualified medical or fitness advice when appropriate. Do not use Repsset for emergencies.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information where needed and keep credentials secure. You may use Repsset only lawfully and for personal fitness tracking. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or subscription checks, probe for vulnerabilities, upload malicious material, misuse another person’s account, scrape the service, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant us the limited right to host, process, copy, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Repsset as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Repsset Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store. The paywall displays the current product, billing period, price, and any trial before purchase. Your Apple account is charged according to the confirmation shown by Apple. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription may renew automatically under Apple’s terms. Manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings.
A free trial, if offered and accepted, converts to the displayed paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Eligibility is determined by Apple. Deleting Repsset or your Repsset account does not cancel billing. Refund requests and payment disputes are handled under Apple’s rules. RevenueCat processes receipts and entitlement status but does not process your payment credentials.
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these Terms for use of the licensed iOS app, Apple’s required terms control.
6. Apple Health and third-party services
Apple Health export is optional. You control Health permission in iOS. Repsset writes completed workout summaries but does not read HealthKit data. Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, Expo, Instagram, and other third-party services have their own terms and may change or discontinue their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
7. Intellectual property
Repsset, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app. They do not transfer ownership.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Repsset and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, respond to serious misuse, or address non-payment. Where practicable and lawful, we will provide notice. Sections that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, Repsset is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise particular fitness, health, or commercial outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, or harm caused by relying on training estimates where exclusion is legally permitted.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
10. Governing law and changes
German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, but mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain applicable. Courts have jurisdiction as provided by mandatory law.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes and request acceptance where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law.
